Refund policy

At Paridhan, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return and exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Only products marked as returnable on the product detail page are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition.
  • Used, washed, or damaged products will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Certain items (as mentioned on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. Return & Exchange Process

We offer two types of delivery:

  1. Store Pickup – Customers who have picked up their order from our store must visit the store to process their return or exchange.
  2. Home Delivery – Customers who received their order via home delivery have two options:
    • Visit the store to return/exchange the product.
    • Request a return through our website by navigating to your orders in my account section. Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the pickup process. 


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be issued as store credits within 7 days.
  • Store credits will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
